How does the Grocery Coupons Email Service work?

When you enter your grocery list, we’ll continually search for coupons that match those items. Then sit back: once we find the coupons you want, we’ll email them to you. It’s that easy and it’s free!

Print the coupons (we’ll give you a direct link) and hand your coupons to the cashier at checkout, along with your related purchases, for instant savings. It’s like cash in your pocket! Some coupons can be saved directly to your store loyalty card and will be deducted automatically at checkout, no paper required.

Update your list and preference anytime through the My Account section.

How do I sign up to receive grocery coupons via email?

Sign up here and enter your grocery list. The more items you list, the more coupons we can find. You can always make changes to your list in the My Account section.

How frequently will you email me grocery coupons?

As often you’d like! We can email you once a week or whenever we find coupons that match your grocery list. You can even pick the day you’d like to receive emails. To change your email settings, go to the "My Email Preferences" tab in My Account.

And since we know you have to keep shopping, we’ll keep looking for coupons for as long as you’d like to keep saving.

How many grocery coupons will you email me?

As many as you’d like! We can email you when we find a couple coupons that match your grocery list or we can email you when we find several. It’s your choice.

You can also request that we send you coupons based on the total savings you’ll receive. For example, if you set your savings preference to $5, we’ll only email you coupons once the total savings is $5 or more.

To change quantity of coupons you’ll receive, go to the "My Email Preferences" tab in My Account.

How do "categories", "brands", and "keywords" work for my grocery list?

We review the items on your list and automatically try to connect them to our vast database of popular grocery categories and products. This allows us to find the most accurate coupon matches for you. You can help us find more savings by adding or changing these values to reflect your shopping preferences (click the blue pencil icon with My Account to make edits).

If you list brand(s) within a category we’ll only match coupons for those specific brands. If you list a keyword (such as "whole wheat" within the bread category) we’ll only match coupons for whole wheat bread, or coupons that are on "any" bread.

What if you misunderstood the item on my list?

We recognize most common grocery terms but on occasion we are unable to identify an appropriate match. You can try deleting that term and adding a replacement, or help us by adding the appropriate categories and brands to match that term.

How do I add or delete items on my grocery list?

To update your grocery list, go to the "My Grocery List" tab in My Account.

You can add or delete items from your list, or "pause" them to temporarily stop receiving coupons for those items. Remember more items on your list means more coupons and more savings!

I was asked to install printing software to print out my coupons… is it safe?

Yes, it’s safe! LOZO aggregates coupons from multiple sites throughout the web and some of these sites require new users to install printing software. The software manages how many times you can print each coupon (generally twice), and ensures that you are using a real printer (printing to PDF files and other virtual printing is not allowed). Each site is reputable and affirms that their software is safe. If you encounter any issues, please contact them directly since LOZO does not control this software.

What are "suggestions" for my grocery list?

Since more items on your list means more savings for you, we’ll suggest additional categories or brands based on user popularity and/or your shopping list and coupon activity. Just click the check mark next to an item that interests you and we’ll instantly add it to your list and start finding coupon matches.

How do I use my coupons?

Most coupons are still in paper form, whether you clip from your newspaper, find on display in a store, or print from online sites like LOZO. Bring your coupons to the store and purchase the required item(s) as listed on the coupon. Some coupons can be used on "any" item within a range of products, others require you to buy a very specific size and/or variety. Hand your coupons to your cashier at checkout. After the cashier scans your items they will scan your coupons, and the savings will instantly deduct from your total.

Why didn’t I get the coupons that I wanted?

First, make sure your grocery list is up-to-date with all of your items listed and matched to the correct categories and/or brands. The more general your item, the more coupons we can match to. For example, "yogurt" with no specific brands mentioned will match to all yogurt coupons, but "Yoplait Strawberry Yogurt" will only match when we find that brand and variety.

We’re always on the lookout for new sources of coupons, but some categories (such as fresh foods like meats, fruits & vegetables) aren’t as popular for couponing so the offers may not be available. Don’t worry, we’ll keep looking for them!

I tried to print and it’s not working. Why?

There are a few common reasons why coupons may not print:

1. The coupon might be "sold out" (i.e., reached its maximum number of allowed prints, as specified by the manufacturer). We always confirm the coupon is available before we notify you, but since inventory constantly changes it is possible that it sold out by the time we emailed you and the time you clicked. Don’t worry, we’ll keep looking for new matches.
2. You may have already printed it through another website. You can only print each coupon a certain number of times—usually two—from each computer, regardless of whether you printed it from LOZO or another source. If you already printed that coupon from another website, that counts against how many times you can print with LOZO. In these cases you can forward the link we sent to a friend and/or try printing from another computer. Of course we recommend always printing from LOZO so we can help you keep track!
3. Printing problems. You’ll need to have a default printer that is a real, paper-based printer set to "print" mode, with ink and paper loaded. You’ll need to install safe printing software before you print for the first time, and you’ll need an modern operating system and browser.

If you are getting a "Sorry we can't print your coupons" error message from CouponNetwork, please try the following:

1. Uninstall the print activator software. You can find it listed as "Catalina Marketing Corp" in your programs list.
2. Clear your browser cache including cookies.
3. Try printing again and reinstall the print activator when prompted.

If you are unable to printing CouponNetwork coupons on a Mac, please note the following information provided by our partner:

"Apple has blocked Java from many versions of the OSX operation system due to security vulnerabilities. As a result, Mac computers will not be able to print coupons from CouponNetwork.com as our site currently requires Java in order to do so. Our tech team is actively working on building a new plugin which will allow printing from a Mac without the need for Java."

Does this cost anything? How does LOZO make money?

LOZO is completely free. The whole point of LOZO is to help you save money, so you certainly shouldn’t have to pay for that help!

LOZO stays away from filling up the site or newsletters with lots of advertisements that trick you into clicking on the wrong link. Instead LOZO works with a handful of carefully selected category sponsors to develop a limited number of ads that are really compelling, such as a great value product or service. Do I need to become a member?
