Not all paper goods are created equal. Choosing the quality of product that meets your needs will save you money. If you buy 1-ply toilet paper, but use 3x as much, then you are paying more per use than with 2-ply paper. Those thick, absorbent paper towels certainly cost more per roll, but you need fewer of those towels to clean up. Try manufacturers' websites for free samples and compare for yourself.
