When a refrigerator isn't level, the doors may not seal as tightly as they are meant to, which will lead to energy loss. Grab a carpenter's level and place it on the top of the fridge to see if it is level. If not, adjust the fridge's feet by hand or with a wrench until the fridge is level with the floor.
