Put newly purchased cans in the back of the pantry. This will force the older cans forward and make it less likely to miss an expiration date. A good shopper will stock up on goods when the price is low, however anything that ends up in the trash is just a waste of money. Keep track of what’s in the cupboard and save money in the long run.
