Refill your empty foaming hand soap dispenser with 2 tablespoons of liquid soap for every 1 cup of water that it holds. Or try 2.5 tablespoons of body wash and fill the rest with water. Shake it up and foam away. You’ll pay less than 10 cents for this amount of soap versus $3-5 for a new bottle.
