Cell phone plans that allow you to keep your un-used minutes (often called rollover minutes) will save you money on your monthly bill. That way, if you have a ‘light’ month, all those un-used minutes get rolled over to the next month when you’ll have even more time to gab away (for free).
Plans with unlimited minutes are another great way to save money on your cell phone bill. Most companies offer unlimited minutes during certain timeframes, such as nights and weekends. However, some smaller companies like Metro PCS may offer cheap unlimited plans that are less restrictive.
