Don’t make any assumptions about what is or isn’t included with refurbished goods. If you’re in doubt, ask the seller to explicitly outline what items are included with the purchase. Sometimes they’ll include everything that would come with the product if it were brand new. Sometimes they’ll be missing something minor like a manual that you can easily download from the manufacturer’s website. And, sometimes, they may be missing something you can’t live without. Be sure to get clear answers before you buy.
