Between retailer sales, coupons, online cash back programs, and more, there’s no excuse for getting stuck paying full price. If you find yourself at a store with no discount in hand, ask a store associate. Often they have extra coupons nearby or another special discount they can offer, especially if you say you will otherwise have to leave to come back another time. If you just can’t resist, be sure to note the store’s return policy and keep the tags on your garments until you are ready to wear them. In the meantime, try to find your coupon and make a return trip to the store. Ask them to apply the discount to the purchase you already made.
