Default settings on printers are not set up to save you money. Rather than going through all that ink and paper (and dollars), change a few of the settings. To save money on ink: change the print quality to “draft” and the color setting to “print in grayscale” (or black and white). To save money on paper, print on both the back and front of each sheet and/or print multiple pages per sheet. You can also modify the document settings and select a smaller font, tighter spacing and smaller margins.
