Many amusement parks offer reduced rates for in-state residents. For example, California and Florida residents can enjoy discounts at Disney, while residents of Virginia can enjoy Busch Gardens Williamsburg special offers, like Spring and Summer use of the park for the price of a one-day admission. If you live in the same zip code or state as an amusement park, be sure to ask for resident discounts, or if you have a friend who lives there see if you are allowed to use the tickets they buy at a discount.
