NeedyMeds is a 501(3)(c) non-profit “with the mission of helping people who cannot afford medicine or healthcare costs.” They try to match you to a patient assistance program, disease-based assistance program, or low cost clinic.
Medicare Extra Help Program provides help with prescription drug plan costs for people on Medicare with limited income and resources.
State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program lists state-funded assistance programs, and their qualifications, if programs are available in your state.
Medicare.gov lists available Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs for particular drugs.
