Hand-me-downs are a great way to save money on all things baby- and kid-related. Ask friends and family for old baby clothes or toys, and agree to give them back or pass on some of your own stuff if they have another child. Most people are all too happy to pass on clothes their kids have outgrown. It is cheaper and better for the environment, too. Remember to pass yours along as well to help someone else save!
