The warehouse stores make it easy to purchase huge packages of paper goods, but those stores normally do not run sales and only some accept manufacturers’ coupons. Assuming you are not brand loyal, stock up at the supermarket when a big sale comes around. In store sales, combined with coupons/rebates, will give you the lowest price on paper goods. Try keeping a simple price log to help remember how much similar items cost at different stores.
